Apple Stuffed Acorn Squash
- 1 acorn squash
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 large apple, chopped
- 1 tablespoon raisins
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Halve squash and remove seeds.
- Bake 20 minutes.
- Divide apple and raisins between two halves and fill the cavities.
- Mix brown sugar with orange juice and pour over apples.
- Cover lightly with foil.
- Bake about 35 minutes.
