Apple Stuffed Acorn Squash

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Halve squash and remove seeds.
  3. Bake 20 minutes.
  4. Divide apple and raisins between two halves and fill the cavities.
  5. Mix brown sugar with orange juice and pour over apples.
  6. Cover lightly with foil.
  7. Bake about 35 minutes.
