Tandoori chicken
- 4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened yogurt
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 tbsp Garlic powder
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Ginger
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1 You may also add food red/orange coloring to make it more fancy
- Mix all but the chicken into a marinade
- Cut chicken into chunks or strips
- As manage to chicken in a shallow dish and let sit for up to 2 hours
- Preheat grill, and cook for 35-40 minutes until cooked
