Grilled Italian Chicken Kabobs

  1. Grate 1/2 tsp.
  2. zest from lemon; mix with dressing, mayo and parsley in medium bowl until blended.
  3. Add chicken; stir to evenly coat.
  4. Refrigerate 20 min.
  5. to marinate.
  6. Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  7. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
  8. Thread chicken and onions alternately onto skewers.
  9. Grill 8 to 10 min.
  10. or until chicken is done, turning occasionally.
  11. Meanwhile, cut lemon in half.
  12. Place, cut sides down, on grill grate next to kabobs; grill until heated through.
  13. Place kabobs on plate.
  14. Squeeze lemon halves over kabobs.
