Major's stuffed portabellas

• 8 oz soft cream cheese
• 1/2 cup crumbled smokey bacon
• 2 each chopped chives
• 4 portabella caps
• 1 cup bread crumbs
• 2 tbsp melted butter

1. combine first 3 ingredients
2. stuff mushroom caps with cream cheese mixture
3. mix butter and bread crumbs
4. top mushrooms with bread crumb mixture
5. place mushrooms in baking dish
6. bake at 350F for 10-15 minutes depending on size
