Quick and Easy Suger-Free Peach Pie
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1 cup milk
- 2/3 cup fructose
- 1 stick melted margarine
- 3 cans (1 lb. each) peaches, packed in juice
- Melt margarine in 13x9-inch pan.
- Mix flour, fructose and milk together until smooth.
- Pour over margarine into pan.
- Add 2 cans of the peaches, un-drained.
- Drain the third can of peaches, and pour into the pan.
- DO NOT STIR!
- Bake the mixture at 350F for 45 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
