Beef Hash (Crockpot) Recipe
- 2 c. cut-up cooked beef - (to 3 c.) (cubed stew beef works well for this)
- 2 pkt frzn hash brown potatoes - (10 ounce ea) thawed
- 1 x onion finely minced
- 1/4 c. butter or possibly margarine melted
- 1 c. gravy or possibly beef broth Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- Place all ingredients in crock-pot.
- Cover and cook on LOW setting for 6 to 8 hrs (on HIGH setting for 2 to 3 hrs).
- This recipe yields 4 servings (about 1 1/2 qts).
- Double the recipe for a 5-qt crockpot.
