Lizzie's Blender Hollandaise

  1. Bring the egg yolks close to room temperature.
  2. You don't want to use them when they're very cold.
  3. Beat the egg yolks in the blender until frothy.
  4. Add remaining ingredients and blend well.
  5. Serve hot.
