Gingerbread Bars

  1. Preheat overn to 350.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine cake mix, butter and 1 egg.
  3. Spread evenly into 2 greased 8" square pans.
  4. Combine cream cheese, 2 eggs and sugar in medium bowl.
  5. Spread evenly over cake in both pans.
  6. Bake 3-35 minutes till light brown.
  7. Cool completely in pans.
  8. cut into 1 x 2" bars.
  9. Store in airtight container.
