Make-Ahead All-Dressed Baked Potatoes

  1. Prick potatoes in several places.
  2. Microwave on HIGH 6 to 8 min.
  3. or until tender, turning over and rearranging after 3 min.
  4. Cool 5 min.
  5. Cut thin slice off top of each potato.
  6. Discard tops; scoop out centers into medium bowl, leaving 1/8-inch-thick shells.
  7. Mash potato flesh.
  8. Add cream cheese spread, milk, cheese and bacon; mix well.
  9. Spoon into potato shells; wrap individually in foil.
  10. Refrigerate up to 24 hours.
  11. Heat grill to medium heat.
  12. Unwrap potatoes; place on grill grate.
  13. Grill 15 min.
  14. or until heated through.
