Spicy Pork Chow Mein

  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions.
  2. Rinse under cold water, drain and set aside.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, chile-garlic sauce, hoisin, rice vinegar, brown sugar and water.
  4. Set sauce mixture aside.
  5. Heat a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  6. Add the oil and stir in the garlic, onion and ginger.
  7. Cook until the garlic and onions are soft and fragrant, 2 to 3 minutes.
  8. Stir in the ground pork and scallions.
  9. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until the pork is fully cooked.
  10. Stir in the Napa cabbage.
  11. Add the noodles and sauce mixture.
  12. Toss everything together until combined and heated through, about 2 minutes.
  13. Serve hot.
