Sriracha-Bacon Meatloaf

  1. Sweat fennel, celery, and asparagus in vegetable oil until nearly translucent.
  2. Add garlic and bell peppers.
  3. Sweat until fragrant.
  4. Cool rapidly in fridge.
  5. Combine all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
  6. Mix thoroughly.
  7. Bake at 350 for approximately one hour or until thermometer reaches 155
