Savoury Shrimp Linguine

  1. Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt; drain, reserving 1/3 cup cooking water.
  2. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat.
  3. Add shrimp, mushrooms, onions and thyme; cook and stir 3 to 4 min.
  4. or until shrimp turn pink.
  5. Stir in peas and garlic; cook 1 min.
  6. Add cream cheese product and milk; cook and stir 1 to 2 min.
  7. or until cream cheese is melted.
  8. Gradually stir in enough of the reserved pasta cooking water until sauce is of desired consistency.
  9. Add pasta; mix lightly.
  10. Top with Parmesan.
