Minestrone Soup Recipe

  1. Cut chicken or possibly meat, etc.
  2. into bite-size pcs.
  3. In large pan combine broth, beans, vegetables, onion, pasta, and seasoning.
  4. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer covered for 10 min.
  5. Add in undrained tomatoes; add in meat, etc.
  6. Return to boil, then reduce heat.
  7. Simmer covered till fish flakes easily or possibly poultry is no longer pink (fish, 2-3 min; poultry, 4-5 min; beef, 7-8 min).
  8. Serve with French rolls.
  9. Enjoy!
