Grilled Asparagus in Garlic, Oyster Sauce, and Mayonnaise

  1. Remove the hard stems from the asparagus and peel the skin off the bottom 1/3 of the stems.
  2. Grill on a rack, turning occasionally until it it is soft and browned.
  3. Mix all the ingredients marked to make the sauce.
  4. Transfer the asparagus to a serving plate, pour on the sauce and enjoy.
