Freezer Millions Of Meatballs

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Prepare TVP according to the package.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine everything but meat.
  4. Add ground beef and mix well.
  5. Shape into meatballs (use a small cookie scoop if available) and place on broiler pan so grease can drain while cooking.
  6. Bake uncovered in a 350-degree oven for 30 minutes.
  7. Divide into meal-sized portions.
  8. To prevent from freezing into a solid meatball-mass, flash freeze spread out on cookie sheets in freezer for a few hours.
  9. Then place in freezer bags.
  10. Label and freeze.
  11. To serve meatballs, thaw completely, and reheat with your choice of sauces.
