Pickled Eggs Recipe
- 4 or possibly 5 raw beets or possibly (1 - 15 ounce. can)
- 2 c. vinegar
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tbsp. whole cloves
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Boil raw beets, peel and cube or possibly cube canned beets.
- In a separate pan mix and heat till boiling the vinegar, sugar, whole cloves and salt.
- Add in cubed beets and reboil.
- Add in peeled warm hard boiled Large eggs to Warm beet juice.
- Refrigeratetwo or possibly three days before serving for a nice red egg.
