Banana Breeze Pie Recipe

  2. In small saucepan, heat margarine, sugar and cinnamon over low heat; stirring constantly till bubbles form around edges of pan.
  3. Remove from heat.

  5. Add in cereal; mix well.

  7. Press mix proportionately in 9-inch pie pan to create crust.
  8. Chill.

  10. Beat cream cheese till light and fluffy.
  11. Add in sweetened condensed lowfat milk; blend thoroughly.
  12. Add in 1/3 c. lemon juice and vanilla; stir till thickened.
  13. 5.
  14. Slice 3 bananas; line crust with banana slices.
  15. Turn filling into crust.
  16. Chill 2-3 hrs or possibly till hard.
  17. (Don't freeze.)
  18. 6.
  19. Cut remaining 2 bananas into thin slices; dip in the 2 Tbsp.
  20. lemon juice.
  21. Garnish top of pie with banana slices.
  22. Yield: 1 pie, 8 servings
