Diet Orange Freeze

• 2 cups skim milk or 2 cups soymilk
• 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can mandarin oranges in light syrup, frozen
• 3 tablespoons sugar-free instant cheesecake pudding mix
• 2 (1 g) packets sugar substitute (saccharin, aspartame or sucralose)
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 12 ice cubes

1. Combine all ingredients in blender.
2. Process until smooth.
