Holiday Rice Pudding Recipe
- 1 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. granulate sugar
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 2 tbsp. soft butter
- 1/2 teaspoon almond flavoring
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 1 tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1/2 c. blanched, slivered almonds
- Raspberry jam or possibly sauce
- Preparation time: 15 min.
- Cooking time: 30 to 35 min.
- Serves: 6.
