slow cooked salsa

  1. cut a small slit in two tomatoes and insert a garlic clove into each slit
  2. place tomatoes, onion, olive oil, and jalapenos in slow cooker
  3. cover and cook on high for 2 1/2 hours
  4. let cool and place in a blender or food processor and add rest of ingredients and process until smooth
