Squash & Cheese Casserole

  1. Cook squash and onions until tender; drain off excess liquid.
  2. Season with salt, pepper, garlic, sugar and butter.
  3. Add eggs, soup and cheese; mix well.
  4. Pour into a Pam sprayed casserole dish and sprinkle top with cracker crumbs and drizzle melted butter over this.
  5. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
  6. Serves 6-8.
