Super Simple Chinese Cabbage and Ginger Soup

  1. Cut the Chinese cabbage and bacon into bite-size pieces.
  2. Grate the garlic.
  3. Put 6 cups of water and all the other ingredients in a pot and simmer.
  4. When the cabbage has started to soften, taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
  5. And it's ready to eat!
