Quick, Easy, Rich and Tasty Pork Belly Curry Soup

  1. Wash the bean sprouts quickly and drain well.
  2. Cut the pork up into small pieces.
  3. Heat up the oil in a small pan and stir-fry the pork.
  4. When the meat changes color, add the bean sprouts and stir fry lightly.
  5. Add the curry powder and stir-fry while mixing it with the other ingredients.
  6. Add 1/3 of the water and mix lightly.
  7. Add the rest of the water and bring to a boil.
  8. Lower the heat and add the soup stock granules and soy sauce.
  9. Mix lightly, simmer for a bit and turn off the heat.
  10. Done!
  11. Ladle into bowls and enjoy.
