Carrot Cake's Creamy Fudge

  1. Heat sugar, butter, and milk until candy thermometer reads 'soft ball' or 240F.
  2. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips, marshmallow creme and vanilla.
  3. Stir until chocolate chips melted.
  4. Pour into 9-13 pan and place in fridge.
  5. Serve when hard.
