Carrot Cake's Creamy Fudge
- 4 cups sugar
- 1 13 cups evaporated milk
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Heat sugar, butter, and milk until candy thermometer reads 'soft ball' or 240F.
- Remove from heat and add chocolate chips, marshmallow creme and vanilla.
- Stir until chocolate chips melted.
- Pour into 9-13 pan and place in fridge.
- Serve when hard.
