Spinach and Pork Rice Bowl (Bibimbap-style)

  1. Stir fry the rough chopped pork with the ingredients.
  2. The pork should be fairly finely chopped.
  3. Stir fry until there's no moisture left in the pan.
  4. Blanch the spinach quickly and cool in running water.
  5. Squeeze out well and cut into 1 cm long pieces.
  6. Mix with the ingredients.
  7. Mix the pork and spinach with the ingredients.
