Bok Choy Stir Fry Recipe
- 2 Tbsp. Oil
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Bok Choy
- 1 c. Bean sprouts
- 1 c. Snow Peas
- 1 tsp Cornstarch
- 2 tsp Chicken bouillon pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 c. Water
- Heat oil in wok or possibly fry pan.
- Add in salt, bok choy, bean sprouts and snow peas Stir fry 5-7 minutes.
- Mix cornstarch, bouillon pwdr and sugar to-gether well and add in to vegetables.
- Stir fry till glazed and thickened.
