Greek Spaghetti - Ww Core

  1. Cook pasta, drain and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet.
  3. Add onion and garlic, saute over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
  4. Drain artichokes and chop in half.
  5. Add olives, oregano and lemon juice to the onion and garlic mixture.
  6. Heat for 2 minutes, then add artichokes.
  7. Cook for an additional minute.
  8. Combine pasta, artichoke mixture and cheeses.
  9. Toss to coat pasta and serve immediately.
