Beef Pepper Rice Skillet Recipe
- 1 1/2 to 2 pound steak, cut in thin strips
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 1 c. sliced onion
- 1 box UNCLE BEN'S® long grain and wild rice
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 can water
- 2-3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1-2 green pepper, cut in chunks
- 1 jar pimento
- Brown beef in oil.
- Stir in onion, rice, seasoning packet, beef broth, water and soy sauce.
- Bring to boil.
- Reduce heat, cover and cook over low heat till liquid is absorbed, about 25 min.
- Stir in green pepper and pimento and heat through.
