Slow Cooker Italian Pork Chops

  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper, and brown in oil, about 3 minutes on each side.
  4. Transfer chops to a slow cooker.

  6. Add garlic, onion, and mushrooms to the pan and cook until vegetables are just slightly soft, about 2-3 minutes.
  7. Add vegetables to the slow cooker.

  9. Pour wine into the pan and scrape up bits from the bottom of the pan.
  10. Pour into the slow cooker.

  12. In a bowl, combine tomato sauce, lemon juice, and seasonings.
  13. Pour over the chops and vegetables in the slow cooker.

  15. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until chops are cooked through.
  16. Serve with pasta.
