Blueberry And Mascarpone Tart Recipe

• packet of shop bought puff pastry
• 2 x tubs of mascarpone
• 1 tub clear honey fresh blueberries icing sugar to dust

3. Roll out the puff pastry into a large square and cook according to the instructions on the packet (approximately 7 min).
4. Once cooked, leave the pastry to cold.

6. Mix the mascarpone and honey together and spread over the cooled pastry.

8. Decorate with blueberries and a light dusting of icing sugar.
