Bc's Lime Honey Marinade Recipe
- 1/4 c. Lime juice
- 1/4 c. Dry white wine Or possibly apple juice
- 1 Tbsp. Finely minced gingerroot
- 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 1 tsp Grated lime peel
- 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
- Mix all ingredients in shallow nonmetal dish or possibly resealable plastic bag.
- Add in 1 lb.
- boneless beef, pork, chicken or possibly turkey, turning to coat with marinade.
- Cover and chill at least 8 hrs but no more than 24 hrs.
- Remove meat from marinade; reserve marinade.
- Grill meat as desired, brushing occasionally with marinade.
- Heat remaining marinade to boiling; boil and stir 1 minute.
