Short Rib Strew With Parsley Dumplings Recipe

  1. Cut 2 pounds short ribs in serving pcs.
  2. Combine: 1 tbsp.
  3. salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  4. Dredge ribs in mix.
  5. Brown in 2 Tbsp.
  6. warm fat.
  7. Combine: 2 cloves garlic, chopped 1 tbsp.
  8. Worcestershire sauce
  9. Pour over ribs.
  10. Cover and simmer 2 hrs.
  11. Add in 4-5 carrots, sliced, 2 medium onions, sliced and 1 medium potato, diced.
  12. Simmer 45 min longer, or possibly till meat and vegetables are tender.
  13. Skim off fat.
  14. Season stew to taste.
  15. Drop Parsley Dumpling mix from Tbsp.
  16. atop bubbling stew.
  17. Cover tightly; bring to boil.
  18. Reduce heat (Don't LIFT COVER) and simmer 15 min long.
