Walking Taco Recipe
- 1 pound hamburger
- 2 pkg. taco seasoning
- 2 cans refried beans (10 1/2 ounce. can)
- 1 jar chunky salsa, liquid removed
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. guacamole dip, optional
- 1 can sliced, liquid removed black olives
- 1 pkg. sharp cheese, shredded
- 1/2 c. minced onions
- 1/2 c. minced peppers
- Mix 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream and 1/2 c. mayonnaise with 1 package taco seasoning mix.
- Brown hamburger according to directions on second taco seasoning package.
- Spread beans on large platter then top with above mix.
- Mix hamburger, salsa, onions, sliced black olives, shredded cheese, rest of lowfat sour cream and peppers; layer on top of dip and beans.
- Arrange 2 bags of tortilla chips around dip or possibly in a basket.
- This dip will change its flavor with each bite.
