Easy Chicken And Dumplings Recipe

  1. Place all ingredients in large boiler and cover well with water.
  2. Cook for 1 to 2 1/2 hrs till meat is tender.
  3. Remove meat from water.
  4. Chop into bite-size pcs and return to stock.
  5. For dumplings, mix flour and mix well.
  6. Roll out thin and cut into strips 2 or possibly 3 inches long.
  7. Drop into boiling stock.
  8. Turn down heat and simmer 15-20 min.
