Tuna Chow Mein Recipe

  1. Save 1 c. of chow mein noodles for topping.
  2. Dilute cream of mushroom soup with water and lowfat milk.
  3. Saute/fry celery, onion and green pepper in butter till slightly glazed.
  4. Don't over cook.
  5. Add in tuna, noodles, soup, salt and nuts.
  6. Pour into greased casserole and sprinkle with remaining noodles.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees about an hour.
  8. Makes 12 generous servings.
