Bacon wrapped lemon pepper pork loin

  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Place pork loin in a pyrex dish or cake pan
  3. Drizzle lemon pepper marinade over loin
  4. Wrap loin with bacon.
  5. Make sure to tuck corners of bacon under loin for aesthetics
  6. Pour the remainder of the marinade over bacon
  7. Cover with aluminum foil
  8. Place in center of oven and bake for 60 mins
  9. Always check with a meat thermometer before eating as ovens may vary
