Bacon wrapped lemon pepper pork loin
- 1 pork loin
- 1 packages bacon
- 1 packages lawrys lemon pepper marinade
- Preheat oven to 375
- Place pork loin in a pyrex dish or cake pan
- Drizzle lemon pepper marinade over loin
- Wrap loin with bacon.
- Make sure to tuck corners of bacon under loin for aesthetics
- Pour the remainder of the marinade over bacon
- Cover with aluminum foil
- Place in center of oven and bake for 60 mins
- Always check with a meat thermometer before eating as ovens may vary
