Orange-Blueberry Parfaits

  1. Add hot water to gelatin mix; stir until completely dissolved.
  2. Refrigerate 45 min.
  3. to 1 hour or until slightly thickened.
  4. Pour 1 cup gelatin into each of 24 (8-oz.)
  5. parfait glasses (or into each of 4 parfait glasses for trial recipe).
  6. Cover each with layers of 1/3 cup wafer crumbs and 1/4 cup blueberries.
  7. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
  8. Top each parfait with 2 Tbsp.
  9. whipped topping just before serving.
