Chicken with Honey Mustard Sauce
- 1 Chicken thigh meat
- 1/4 Onion
- 1 Krazy Salt
- 1 Black pepper
- 1 and 1/2 tablespoons Grainy mustard
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 and 1/2 tablespoons Sake
- Cut the chicken thigh into bite-size pieces.
- Sprinkle with Krazy Salt and black pepper.
- Thin slice the onion.
- Thinly oil a pan with olive oil (not listed).
- Cook the chicken thigh with the skin sides down.
- Once the skin turns golden brown, turn over.
- Add the sliced onion in the open space and cook thorough.
- Transfer the chicken to a plate.
- Stir the onion with the oil from the chicken and add the ingredients.
- Once the sauce thickens, pour over the chicken on the plate.
- Serve.
