Oven Cooked Ribs
- 1 bottle of beer
- 1 slab of ribs
- 1 dash of abode salt/pepper/garlic salt/
- Bruckens powder
- 1 sprayed pan w/ drip tray
- Foil for dome
- Mix different bbq sauces, frickers sauce/bw3
- sprinkle cheese in bbq mix
- 2 hours @ 300 flip the meat @ 1.5 hours make foil dome on top of pan beer in bottom of pan w/ seasonings to cook into meat.cut slab in half.
- when done cooking at 2 hours remove foil season w/ bruckens powder, turn on broiler.
- smother in bbq sauce and broil until you see the sauce bubble.
- remove and serve....i also use fricken chicken sauce, or bw3 spicy garlic in the bbq mix...happy eating
