Easy Fresh Smoothie
- 250 ml milk (I use low fat, high calcium UHT)
- 14 cup frozen blueberries (or a mix) or 14 cup frozen raspberries (or a mix) or 14 cup frozen strawberries (or a mix) or 14 cup frozen blackberrie (or a mix)
- 1 ice cube
- Whiz it all together in a blender.
- Serve with a black straw and salty peanuts - my own bizarre preference.
