Cherry Orange Delight

  1. STIR boiling water into dry gelatin mix in medium bowl at least 2 minute until completely dissolved.
  2. Stir in cold water.
  3. Refrigerate 1-1/4 hours or until slightly thickened (consistency of unbeaten egg whites).
  4. Reserve a few orange segments for garnish.
  5. Gently stir remaining orange segments into gelatin; set aside.
  6. BEAT cream cheese and sugar in separate medium bowl with wire whisk until well blended.
  7. Stir in whipped topping.
  8. Spoon into 2-1/2-qt.
  9. serving bowl; cover with gelatin mixture.
  10. REFRIGERATE 2 hours or until firm.
  11. Top with the reserved orange segments.
  12. Store in refrigerator.
