Roasted Garlic Hummus

  1. Its sooo simple.
  2. In a blender or food processor, puree all of the above ingredients.
  3. If you want the hummus really creamy, blend longer and add more olive oil.
  4. * Note about the garbanzo beans: The quality of the beans really makes a difference.
  5. Ive made this a few times with a can of generic garbanzo beans and the hummus tends to turn out grainier.
  6. With a can of higher quality beans, the hummus is smooth and creamy.
  7. * Note: To roast the garlic, slice a head of garlic in half, then douse it with olive oil.
  8. Wrap it in foil and roast at 350 F for 45 minutes.
