Turkey and Broccoli Bake

  1. Cook broccoli according to package.
  2. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a greased casserole dish arrange turkey slices and place broccoli on top.
  4. Pour 1 cup of the gravy over the broccoli.
  5. Reserve the remaining 1/4 cup.
  6. Saute onion and celery in the butter until tender.
  7. Stir in croutons and reserved gravy.
  8. Spoon this crouton mixture over the center of the casserole.
  9. Microwave: Bake in microwave on full power about 8 minutes or until heated through.
  10. OVEN: Bake in 350 degree oven until hot and bubbly, about 20 minutes.
  11. Faster if you heat the gravy in the microwave before assembling.
  12. Note: This is also great with leftover broccoli and cheese or even broccoli, rice and cheese casserole.
  13. No need to adjust cooking time, just use that instead of the plain broccoli.
