Creamy Turkey Casserole Recipe
- 1 pkg. Ritz crackers (from 3 pkg. box)
- 1 lg. turkey tenderloin
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 8 ounce. pkg. lowfat sour cream
- 3 tbsp. poppy seeds
- Cook turkey, cut into bite size pcs.
- Line a 7"x11" buttered casserole dish with turkey.
- Mix soup and lowfat sour cream and pour over turkey.
- Crush crackers, and combine crackers with poppy seeds and sprinkle over soup mix.
- Heat butter, pour over top and bake 30 to 40 min at 350 degrees till bubbly.
