Pickled Eggs
- 2 dozen hard-boiled eggs (chilled)
- 2 12 cups vinegar
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons pickling salt
- 2 cups cold water
- Combine vinegar, sugar, salt, spices, and water.
- Boil 10 minutes.
- Pour over eggs, when cold.
- Leave 3 days.
