Manicotti Florentine Recipe

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Cook spinach according to package directions with onion and garlic.
  3. Drain.
  4. Stir in cottage cheese, 1 tsp.
  5. basil and oregano; set aside.
  6. Cook manicotti in boiling water 4 min; drain.
  7. Spread 1 1/2 cans tomato sauce in bottom of 11"x7" dish.
  8. Stuff each shell with spinach mix; place in dish.
  9. Pour remaining 1/2 sauce over manicotti.
  10. Sprinkle with remaining basil.
  11. Top with Mozzarella cheese.
  12. Cover, bake 25 to 30 min.
