Steven's Chili 2.0
- 1 12 lbs ground beef (85/15%) or 1 12 lbs turkey
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 (15 ounce) can red kidney beans
- 1 (15 ounce) can white kidney beans
- 1 (15 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 (7 3/4 ounce) can salsa (use el pato mexican sauce, but if you can't find, use same size can of salsa)
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 12 teaspoon cumin
- 18 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 18 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 ounce dark chocolate
- 2 (10 ounce) cans chicken broth
- Brown meat and garlic together.
- Add onion powder and cook for 1-2 minutes more.
- Add rest of ingredients and simmer for 1 hour.
