Guacamole Deviled Eggs
- 6 Eggs
- 1 Avocado, Peeled And Pitted
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon Spicy Mustard
- 2 teaspoons Mayonnaise
- Red Pepper Flakes (garnish)
- Hard boil 6 eggs.
- To hard boil eggs, place eggs in a pot of cold water.
- Bring to a boil for 2 minutes then turn off flame, cover pot and leave it for 15 minutes.
- Then remove eggs from hot water, cool them in a bowl of cold water.
- Then peel and cut eggs in half.
- Discard 4 of the yolks (or use them for another purpose).
- Set the whites aside for a moment.
- Combine the 2 remaining yolks in a bowl with one mashed ripe avocado and all other ingredients (except the red pepper flakes).
- Mash it all with fork until smooth, then spoon into the hard boiled egg white halves.
- Sprinkle eggs with red pepper flakes and serve!
