Bluefish With Mustard And Yogurt Recipe
- 1 1/2 lb bluefish - (4 to 6 small fillets, or possibly large fillets cut in 4 to 6 portions)
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp chopped fresh ginger
- 1 c. low-fat plain yogurt Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine mustard, ginger, pepper and yogurt and place mix in a baking dish.
- Add in bluefish fillets.
- Cover dish with foil and bake for 10 to 15 min till fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove fillets and keep hot.
- Reduce liquid in baking dish by about half.
- Add in lemon juice.
- Pour over fish fillets and serve immediately.
- This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
