Easy Ranch Chicken
- 1 env. (1 oz.) KRAFT Thick & Creamy Ranch Dip, Dressing and Recipe Mix
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 6 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb.)
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
- Heat oven to 400F.
- Mix dip mix and bread crumbs in pie plate until blended.
- Brush both sides of chicken breasts with mayo; dip, 1 at a time, in crumb mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each breast.
- Place in single layer in shallow pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 20 min.
- or until done (165F).
